急!万分紧急!!!!!关于出口竞标的问题

各位大虾.这段时间有个客人来邮件讯价,经过报价后客人认为我们的产品有竞争力,
并且收到客人在讯价后发给我的邮件...请查看以下的邮件,并帮忙分析分析..
Your mail was noted, wishing to associate with us as to accumulate a consistence market growth for the promotion of these furniture. It is indeed a pleasure. Though you have not been supplying here in Togo, so I hope this will be a good opportunity to boast the promotion of these furniture. It is also noted that you are the sales manager of your company, and this is very motivating and I like you to tell and let your company OWNER to be aware of everything as I will like our arrangement to be concrete, provided you have the ability to supply these grantie tiles.

With much consideration to your so far given confident about your dealing with furniture as informed by Miss Alice Nwaoma. So, I am reaching you the out come of the negotiation as I am personally contacting you to know if you will be capable and in position to handle a supply Order of these furniture as below:-



The supply Order is to the Ministry of Works & Housing Development, on target of refurnishing and renovation of government/conference offices, secretaraits, government multi-purpose hall, and traning institute and government houses living by top government officials. And the contract is under the controlling authority of the Presidential Contract Committee. And the contract duration period of execution is 18 months, counting from the effective date of the contract. But if you can accomplish the supply before the stated period of time is still okay and will be well welcomed.

The payment of the contract is said to be made by 100% T/T in advance to the qualified foreign supplier after the contract reached, and signed by the intending foreign supplier before shipment. Therefore, a serious and capable foreign supplier is needed as I will not appreciate any form of disappointment or failure over the supply Order.

I do not know if your capability in dealing with furniture can satisfy this supply Order; therefore, your sincere confirmation is needed via phone number: or email asap you receive this mail.

Confirm as soon as possible, so that if you have the capability, then we will pass the contact information of the concern contract awarding department for your contacting as to proceed for contract bidding, as we will be pleased to enter into trade partnership.

Waiting for your soonest response, as we hope building a lucrative and long lasting trade partnership for the promotion of these furniture.

We are grateful for your value letter and am grateful for the support of your company.
According to the terms of your company made, we have another suggestions.



Firstly,You said in the letter before the ship is 100% payment in advance .



But we would like to do the payment term By Irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T(Partial shipments), 30% as deposit before production, the balance 70% should be paid off within 7 days against B/L copy...



Secondly,the contract duration period of execution is 18 months.



As you know,the exchange rate of RMB and the price of materials are booming rising now.



The expiry date for our price of the models which i quoted to you is 3 months.



so if we accomplish the goods within 6 months or before this time,is it okay?






We would appreciated your kind understanding and thanks!






Do You have offices in China? We very much hope that you can come to China to visit our factory and visit our production process so as to our future cooperation in the establishment of long-term basis.





We looking forward to your confirmation of these orders and payment terms,and to our continuing,profitable relationship in the future..





今天又收到以下客人的回复,并解释关于合同的内容..但是我不是很明白客人的意思..请帮忙看看客人合同的真正意思是什么呢?他的是属于竞标合同吗?这样的合作应该去做会更好吗?有风险吗?






Your mail has been noted.

However, I am once again bringing to your understanding that this is a contract Order supply, it is NOT an ordinary supply or exporting, rather a contract project; and it requires a capable, co-operative and serious company, who will understand the vaule of this opportunity, because I will NOT like this opportunity to be messed up, and that WHY I need a serious and capable supplier.

For your information, the contract period of supply is said to be 18 months, but if you can finish the supply Order quantity before the time (Even within 6 months) will be very okay as well. But take note the contract will start ASAP the contract is reached and signed by the intending supplier. And note that payment for this contract project is said to be made to the qualified foreign supplier by 100 T/T after the contract is reached and signed by the foreign intending supplier. And I think i will be in your favour receiving the contract payment at same time, as to help you in purchasing necessary materials for the Order goods.

Pls I need a capable supplier to bid for the contract, because I will NOT appreciate a situation whereby the supplying of these furniture will be messed up due to incapability or incompetency from your side, and that is why I making it clear that a capable and serious supplier is needed to achieve these vision and objectives.

And I am having the faith that you will take advantage of this opportunity to boast the promotion of these products as you have promised.

But my worriness is about USD failing day by day. I'm worried, so what do you think about this??

I wait for your response, so as I will get back to you soon, with the contact information of the contract board, so that you will contact them, as to enable them give you the procedures of the contract bidding, knowing fully well that we are NOT the decision making body as far as this contract is concern, we are an ordinary consultant.

I hope building a friendly and lucrative trdae partnership with you for a consistent promotion of these furniture for mutual benfits in the very near future.
这个客人一开始只是讯价,我发了详细的资料给他了.
一开始是他的秘书联系我的。后来他就自己联系我了。说很重视这个问题...
但是因为我们还没做过竞标的合同过..很担心会不会有风险.
然后要怎样去操作才会比较有保障呢??

合同竞标的条款大概是怎样的呢?
